On senior night, Wrestling honored seniors Michael Ulery, Samuel Benning, Michael Labella, Jacob Cable, and EJ Craver along with a victory over Obama Academy, 48-21. The Titans had victories from Anthony Jones, Dustin Corefield, Jonah Cable, Carter Tunstall, Hiatt Montgomery, Jacob Cable, Alex Weber, Vito Barravecchio, and Zac Ehrenberger.
Hockey

Jake Kunc led the Titans with 4 goals to propel Shaler Area to a big 6-5 victory at Quaker Valley. Shane Ciganik was excellent with 34 saves in the winning effort. Despite allowing three straight goals in the third period, the Titans started the game scoring six of the first eight, creating too much of a deficit for the Quakers to overcome.
Boys Bowling

The Bowling Titans competed at Belle Vernon in the WPIBL Boys Team Championship. The Titans finished in third place to qualify for the finals where they lost to Hempfield in a best of three series. This was the highest finish ever for the boys team in the WPIBL championships, which qualified the team for the Western PA Regionals. Braden Scott made the all-tournament team with a 617 series, the 5th highest out of over 120 bowlers.
Josh Turner, Liam Creagh, Noah Lang, Tyler Woistman, and Braden Scott will compete at Mt. Lebanon in the WPIBL Singles Championships. As a team, they will be bowling in the Western PA Regionals on March 2nd.
Girls Bowling

The Titans came in 17th place in the WPIBL Championship.The Titans rolled a 1934 3-game series with a 647, 646, and 641 in each of their games. The score secured the Titans a birth in the Western PA Regionals. The Titans were led by Brooke Callahan who scored a 527 3-game series on her birthday.
The Titans will send Brooke Callahan to the WPIBL Singles Championship on February 22nd.
Indoor Track & Field

At the TSTCA Indoor Track and Field Championships in Edinboro, the Titans put together some great performances. In the 400m run, Hannah Sahr ran a new indoor and all-time personal best with a time of 1:01.06. Her time was good enough for 8th place and also broke the Shaler Area indoor track and field school record that was set back in 2007. In the field, two Titans claimed a top 8 finish. In the boys long jump, Liam Kelley placed 7th with a jump of 19′ 7″. Also, Jayla Antomachi came through with a 5th place finish in the shot put, qualifying for the PTFCA indoor track and field championships at Penn State University on Sunday, February 25th.

Boys Swimming lost to Fox Chapel by a score of 96-67 to conclude their regular season.
2/17
In the Last Ditch Invitational, the Titans had two more individuals qualify for the WPIAL Championship. William Nebiolo qualified in the 200m freestyle with a time of 1:52.49 and Braden Bork qualified in the 500m freestyle with a time of 5:09.81.
The Titans will now have some time off before they compete in the WPIAL Championship on February 29th and March 1st.
Girls Swimming

The Titans concluded their regular dual meet season at home with a 83-40 defeat to Fox Chapel.
2/17
The Titans performed well at the Last Ditch Invitational. The team of Emmy Miller, Kaysia Chelli, Grace Melocchi, and Ava Melocchi qualified in the 200m freestyle relay with a time of 1:46.45, and Ava Melocchi, Sarah Vitale, Emmy Miller, and Grace Melocchi qualified for the 400m freestyle relay with a time of 3:55.80. The swimmers will compete at the WPIAL Championship on February 29th and March 1st.
