Baseball picked up a huge non-section win over Bethel Park, 4-1. The Blackhawks opened up the scoring with an RBI single to right field to go up 1-0. The Titans would tie the game with a RBI single by Chase Beran. The Titans would extend the lead in the bottom of the 6th where they put up three runs off of offensive help from Brady Alexander, Landon Schiffhauer, and Logan Bauer. The Titans would hold the lead in the 7th with a two-out save from Dante Deleonibus. The winning pitcher for the Titans was Colby Weber who went 6.1 innings striking out 9 and walking 4 while only allowing 2 hits.
Softball
3/25
Softball defeated Laurel in their second game of the year by a score of 2-0. The Titans used small-ball strategies and doubles from Bella Mubel and Emily Spears to manufacture two runs. The two runs were all the Titans needed with Bria Bosiljevac’s strong performance on the mound. She ended the day with 17 strikeouts and only 2 walks.

The Titans took down Bethel Park by a score of 10-0. The offense of the Titans was carried by the longball in which Taylor London, Jayla Antomachi, and Bria Bosiljevac each had home runs. On the mound, Bosiljevac kept the Blackhawks scoreless and hitless as she struck out 10 batters while only walking one.
Boys Tennis

Boys Tennis defeated section opponent Woodland Hills by a score of 4-1. The Titans had a strong showing in their singles’ matches as Will Nebiolo, Liam Creagh, and Tyler Bal all won their matches. In the doubles’ matches, the Titans went 1-1 with a victory from Roman Vizzoca and Jack Rios. This win moves the Titans to 2-3 on the season.
Girls Lacrosse

Girls Lacrosse picked up a win over the Knock Knights, 16-9. The Titans opened up the scoring with a goal from Kori Wilson. The game would go on to pick up the pace and Shaler Area would go into halftime with a 9-6 lead. The Titans would outscore the Knights 7-3 in the second half to secure the victory. Shoutout to Titan goalie Hannah Miliken who made some amazing saves on the night and kept Knoch’s scoring limited.

The Titans defeated rival North Allegheny, 9-7. This is the Titans first win over the Tigers since 2018.
